LM stepping down.

I am resigning as LM in all 3 leagues I run.

I will stay in as a team mgr in all 3.

Each league including Rinkrats has two Admin guys other than myself, this for when it came time for me to step down.

The lockout is as good a time as any to do this.

In PacificNHL -- Mario is the new LM.

In Rinkrats, I will leave it to Steve and Simon to decide between them on a new LM, or together to choose a new LM and how to proceed with doing that.

The league is in good shape.

I look forward to continuing as a team mgr when hockey resumes.

I'm very sorry to see you resign Norm. You've done a stellar job as LM. Thank you for all the time you've put in to this.

Also thanks to Simon, Steve and Mario for keeping the leagues running. I wish you the best of luck and if you should require any help, don't hesitate to ask.
