I have been asked:
If a mgr trades for another team's farm player, can that player then be added to the first team's farm roster, IF that does not put the team over the 5 max for this season.?
The answer is YES.
If you trade for a farm-drafted player you also acquire his protected rights, so he can go on your farm roster ... again, if you are not yet at max 5 for this season.
